###2. Marketplace Guidelines
-Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability or accurate completion and ship date to customers.
-All listings must reflect the values of Crafted & Co.-authenticity, sustainability, and quality craftsmanship.
###3. Intellectual Property
-Vendors retain ownership of their original content and products.
-By listing on Crafted & Co., you grant us a non-exclusive license to use product images and descriptions for promotional purposes.
###4. Limitation of Liability
Crafted & Co. acts solely as a platform to connect vendors and customers. We are not liable for:
-Product quality, delivery issues, or disputes between vendors and customers.
-We are also not responsible for any financial, legal, or tax-related obligations incurred by vendors.
